Kremona Sudio Violas are made in the Stradivari design by master luthier Hristo Nikolov and his luthiers in Bulgaria. The luthiers at Kremona Studio copy models of famous master makers. Their attention to detail, varnish recipe, and specific selection of well-seasoned wood along with an exceptional setup guarantees an instrument with amazing sound and playability.
This beautifully crafted viola is entirely handmade out of the finest carved tone woods from the Balkan region. Tight grained
spruce is used for the top; the one piece back, sides, and neck are nicely flamed maple. The fittings are elegant ebony, of the highest grade. It also features a custom-fit French Aubert bridge and beautiful spirit varnish. Each instrument is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, signed by the maker.
