How to I order for my school or students?
We accept credit cards like any normal online purchase and we accept Purchase Orders.
Credit card purchases are the fastest but if you are constrained by the P.O system, please
fax a P.O to our fax number (888 428-4564) and we will fill your order. Please be sure to include the contact information of someone we can call to confirm the details of the order
before we send it.
Do you have special discounts?
Yes, we have several different discounts available to anyone who purchases for a school.
This includes the school itself or a teacher at the school. You could be buying instruments for the
school, or buying instruments for students at the school. Our primary discounts are:
--10% off the total purchase price or
--A free upgrade to a more expensive violin.
For example, if you purchase a Pupil Violin Outfit, you can upgrade to a Ricard Bunnel G2
Violin Outfit. There are many
variations on this, and you can contact us with your needs.
Please
inquire for upgrade options as some instruments are not available for the upgrade.
If you
are submitting a P.O, simply
state the violins you want and list the price of the lesser
grade
of violin to represent what you'll
actually be paying for the instrument. There are no
discounts
on clearance violins because of
the nature of the their limited quantity.
What if I want to add violins later that are not included in my initial order? Will they
receive the discount as well?
Yes, they will. After your initial order, any instruments purchased by the school or school
representative will have access to the same discount.
What if I direct the parents of the school children to your web site? Will they have access
to a discount?
Yes. If we have been contacted by a school representative, such as a teacher or administrator,
and informed of the orders to come, the parents only need to mention the school name when
placing an order and they will recieve the discount. They can either call us and mention the school
name or just mention it on the online billing form when using the online purchasing system.
