Kennedy Violins' Personal Concierge service is designed to give you a direct point of contact with our Kennedy Violins staff. During business hours, you will have a "direct line" relationship with a member of our customer service team. Your direct contact will be the one who consistently answers your calls and replies to your email requests for information or assistance.

This one-on-one service not only fosters a friendly and attentive relationship between us and you, but facilitates more efficient communication, eliminating the errors that can occur with impersonal interaction with too many representatives.
