cannot ship to P.O boxes. Please make sure that the delivery
address you
input during purchase is an actual physical address.
In recognition to our troups, we send violins FREE to
APO addresses via USPS
Priority mail which usually takes about 10 business days but can
take up to
2 weeks. We also ship FREE to Canada
usually via FedEx International ground.
Canadian customers will receive a customs bill from FedEx. They pre-pay the fee
for you and then they bill you
. It's usually around thirty dollars (U.S).
When
will I recieve my order?
If orders are placed before 12:00 PST, they usually go out the same
day. Most orders are sent DHL
ground service and most people will receive their product within
3-5 business days. We guarantee
you will receive your product within 10 business days of ordering
it. Products ordered on the
weekend will go out Monday.
What about 1, 2 & 3 day shipping?
We offer FedEx "1, 2 & 3 express business day " service. Please note that shipping companies
such as FedEx count only "BUSINESS" days. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. For
example, if you order a product on Monday before 12:00 PST with "2nd Day Air", you will receive
product on Wednesday. However, if you order your product on Friday before 12:00 PST with
FedEx 2nd Day, you will receive your product on Tuesday. If you order your product after 12:00 PST
on Friday, the package will go out Monday and you'll receive the product Wednesday.
Is
there tracking info available so I know where my package is?
When you order your product, you will receive an email usually within
1 business day that contains
the tracking information for your order. You can go to this address
to track you order:

If you are at an APO address, there is no automated
way of us to get you your
trackiing number.
What
if I'm not home when my package is delivered?
Most of the time FedEx will leave your package on your doorstep unless
it's an apartment complex.
If you 'd like, we can have it kept at the FedEx facility where you
can pick it up. Just let us know in the "special delivery" box during purchase what you'd
like to do. If you live in an area where you
believe your instrument may be stolen off of your door step, please request "signiture required" service,
because we cannot be responsible for stolen merchandise.
Can
I cancel my order or change it once I've ordered it?
If
you send us an email or call us before 12:00 PST of the day you
ordered it, you can change
or cancel your order.
Am
I responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged by the shipping
company?
The product is not your responsibility until you have received it
by the shipping company.
If it is lost or damaged by the shipping company, we will replace
it it free of charge. If you
receive a damaged product, contact us and return the product to
us immediately so we can
process the replacement product as soon as possilble. If your instrument is stolen, it is not
our responsibility, so if you believe that your package may be stolen from your porch, please
request "signature required" service, so FedEx does not leave your package unattended.
